My heart is to come alongside teens, young adults, women, moms and families. Further, my professional training includes helping others navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, spiritual struggles, grief, relationship/attachment issues, transitional seasons and self-esteem concerns.
I would love the opportunity to provide a safe place for you to be vulnerable, while providing encouragement and strategic next steps. In my practice, I operate from
Insurance and payments
If you have insurance, we likely file with them! If you don't we accept cash based payments as well.
Cash based fees are $158 for each visit, and $180 for initial new patient appointment.
Payment is required for service, make sure to upload credit card information prior to first appointment.
